“Walk Ginny Walk” features a deep pocket groove built on syncopated drums, a rolling bassline, and sharp rhythm guitar — a perfect slice of early funk crossover material. “Gee Gee Baby,” the flip side, leans more toward smooth southern soul with a touch of blues.
