Description: "Love Is The Message" is a seminal track by MFSB (Mother Father Sister Brother), the house band for Philadelphia International Records. This instrumental track is one of the foundational pieces of the "Philly Soul" sound and an early disco anthem. It's characterized by its lush string arrangements, driving rhythm section (featuring the iconic interplay of drums and bass), prominent horns, and a soaring, uplifting melody. It perfectly embodies the sophisticated, orchestral sound that defined Philadelphia International Records and became a blueprint for much of disco music that followed.
