This 1977 RAMP aka Roy Ayers Music Productions. The Soulful JazzFunk sensation from Cincinnati, Ohio was founded in 1976 by Roy Ayers, who was not a member of the group, though he did write and produce songs on the album. The band consisted of Sharon Matthews and Sibel Thrasher on vocals, Landy Shores on guitar, Nate White on bass, and John Manuel on drums and percussion. And when Roy Ayres is involved you know it's good good good. The album is solid gold throughout, but Everybody Loves The Sunshine... Amen
