Warren G Feat. Nate Dogg / Luniz Feat. Michael Marshall - Regulate / I Got 5 On It

Two defining West Coast hip-hop anthems on one essential 7-inch. Warren G and Nate Dogg’s “Regulate” is a G-funk classic, pairing Nate’s smooth, soulful hook with Warren G’s laid-back storytelling over a groove built around Michael McDonald’s “I Keep Forgettin’ (Every Time You’re Near).” Flip it over for Luniz’s “I Got 5 On It,” featuring Michael Marshall, a Bay Area favourite driven by a hypnotic bassline and a laid-back bounce that became one of the most recognisable sounds of 90s Hip-Hop. Two timeless cuts capturing the distinctive sounds of Long Beach and Oakland, this reissue is a must for West Coast heads, 90s Hip-Hop collectors and DJs looking for proven party starters.
